I had an excellent experience at Pinnacle Marine Center. Working with Keith, I was able get the boat I wanted without any problems or concerns: He showed me the boat and went over everything that came with my purchase. Additionally, Keith was patient while my wife and I made our decision, then he worked diligently to make sure the boat was delivered in a timely and professional manner. As a combat injured veteran who recently retired after 30 years of service, I have been disappointed when dealing with people in my new civilian life. We purchased a boat from Pinnacle Marine in January 2021. This was our first boat and although we are car people, owning a boat is a different beast. As you can imagine we were skeptical of any boat and any sales people. At the time Pinnacle Marine was storing their boats in a storage unit and really just starting out. That of course made us even more nervous and cautious. What if, what if? After multiple conversations with Scott and Kenny and probably a few hundred questions and getting the chance to speak face-to-face we felt good about this purchase. We agreed to buy after seeing the boat and set a date to meet at Lake Pleasant for a test drive. We got to the lake and met with Kenny and Chandler. They gave us a quick rundown of the boat and and walked us through a pre-launch checklist. Lucky for us we are familiar with trailering so it was fairly simple. We launched and the boat ran like a champ and we had a great time. Since we had pre-filled all the paperwork and had it printed we signed the final paperwork in the boat, at the dock, and I sent my down payment. Kenny and Chandler took off and the rest of the day was ours to enjoy. We set out on the water and got used to the feel of the boat and its 5.7 Volvo Penta engine. Everything was going great until suddenly the boat wouldnt start. I called Kenny to let him know the situation and a passerby was nice enough to tow us back. By the time we got back to the dock at Lake Pleasant Kenny and Scott were there waiting. Scott brought tools and literally diagnosed issue right there on the dock! It ended up being a fuel pump relay. We trailered the boat home that night and Kenny was supposed to contact us about a new one the following day. The next day he showed up to my home over an hour away with not one relay but two so that we had an extra to keep on the boat! That is the kind of service that these guys give. Kenny also worked on fixing some trailer lights. These were part of the things that we agreed needed to be fixed with the purchase. As time went on and we reached the deadline for repairs I was worried that they would not finish the repairs and wash their hands of it. Ive been screwed before by dealerships because of trusting people. This was NOT at all the case with Pinnacle Marine. It did take time to work everything out and get all the things fixed that I had asked for mainly because they did not have a facility to do the work yet but once they did have a storefront, they really came through on everyone line item and I do mean every single one!!! THEY KEPT THEIR WORD and even changed the oil for good measure. They strive to take care of you and do right by you. I cannot believe I lucked out and found them for my first boat. I plan to trade and purchase every other boat through them!! Communication was also 5 stars. I dont know how a 5 star rating is possible considering every time I spoke to Kenny he had been picking up/dropping off boats in 5 states in the last 2 days but he always managed to call me back, update me, whatever I needed. That is pretty impressive for a small business!! I cant recommend these guys enough!! If I had to describe this business with just one word it would be; integrity!

My family and I just purchased a Surf Boss from PNC. I don't need to say how happy we are with the boat; it just blew us away! What impressed us the most was the service we received from the Guys at PMC! From day one they were there to help us meet and succeed our needs. When we found the right boat for us they set up quick delivery and spent hours with us on the water. They gave us a detailed demo and ensured we were dialed in! Cant give enough positive feedback! We will keep in touch with them and will be back for our next boat!

We went on line to look for a mid cuddy boat so we could take our dogs out on the lake with us and have a place for them to get out of the sun if needed. Kenny delivered the boat to us and helped us register it. Once it was registered, we met Scott at Lake Mead to take the boat out on the water as we had not taken it out yet. We had already purchased the boat and we came off the water, Kenny looked over everything and advised there was something not right with the motor. Scott and Kenny advised they would like to have someone look at it. They had Shane come from Lake Havasu pick up the boat from Las Vegas to look over the boat. Shane found that the transom was not working properly and needed to be replaced. Shane contacted Scott and he advised to replace it at their cost. Once the boat was fixed, we went to Lake Havasu and Shane took the time to go out with us on the lake to make sure we knew how to properly work everything on the boat. It was such a relief that Scott took care of the cost of the transom as it is very costly. They did not have to do that as we had already purchased the boat, but the fact that they took responsibility for the repair of the transom says alot about the integrity of Pinnacle Marine. He now has a customer for life when we decide to buy a new boat after we enjoy the one we purchased. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service that Scott and Kenny from Pinnacle Marine Center provided. I also highly recommend Shane for any boat repairs needed.
